Job Role
- Responsible for building and maintaining culture in the company.
- Arrange events with clients, venders and partners.
- Arrange motivational events for team and connect all team member.
- Responsible for content writing that will be published on IQM website.
- Responsible for image, video content development for internal team communication.
- Responsible for social media pages and update post with latest events.
- Coordinate with SVP of sales and marketing personal to arrange exhibition booth.
- Responsible for doing innovating outbound marketing.
Skills Required
- Ability to communicate with everyone at personal level.
- Hold 4+ year marketing or social studies degree.
- Design skill is plus.
- Must have worked at startup previously as similar role.
