Financial Controller

Job Role
- Will be working closely with CEO and generate weekly cash flow reports.
- Responsible for payroll processing and coordinating with accountant to keep all paperwork aligned.
- Responsible for investor relations.
- Responsible for all legal and tax matters and will communicate with lawyers and accountants for various work execution.
Skills Required
- Must have experience working on Quickbooks online.
- Ability to create complex financial projection and have experience building cash flow forecasting on excel.
- eShares experience is a plus.
- Have experience working at startup and worked previously with CEO on various fund raising events.
