Overview
IQM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our growing team, focused on the Enterprise Vertical. In this role, you will own a personal book of business and drive net-new and expansion revenue with media technology clients ranging from API to self-serve accounts. You will lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing, while partnering with Ad Ops and CSM to ensure seamless activation on IQM’s DSP/DMP.
You will serve as a trusted, consultative seller who can articulate IQM’s value with publishers, platforms, and/or service providers who have interest in building joint solutions that leverage IQM’s technology. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, trainer, and strategic partner to media technology organizations that leverage programmatic media for reselling or audience extension. This position requires strong expertise in programmatic advertising, a deep understanding of the media landscape, and a passion for building joint solutions with publishers, platforms, service providers, and value-added resellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, pitch, commercialize, and close our relationships with resellers, referral partners, systems integrators and/or technology partners that sell/build with IQM.
- Act as IQM’s principal external evangelist, media thought leader, problem solver, and point of contact across your target accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-suite media executives and decision makers.
- Own, build, and run the rhythm of business across your target accounts through the use of prospecting calls, demos, account plans, forecasts and more.
- Embed with our customers pre-sale to help them develop a joint ‘powered by IQM’ solution and GTM strategy by running robust discovery and employing strategic selling tactics.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years in media technology sales, preferably within AdTech.
- Proven experience generating revenue across enterprise partnerships within the programmatic advertising space (preferably at a Demand Side Platform, Trading Desk, or Media Agency).
- Proven experience running complex, 12-month sales cycles and generating custom solutions without losing momentum.
- An entrepreneurial spirit. You see opportunities that others don’t, and you think outside of the box.
- Strong business and financial acumen and an ability to forge creative solutions.
- Technical understanding of integrations, server to server, API, identity, and supply.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to demo and enable clients on complex SaaS or AdTech platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
