Job Opportunity
IQM is seeking a strategic and detail oriented Marketing Content Manager to help define how our story is told as we scale. In this role, you’ll own the development, management, and optimization of content across channels that directly support marketing, sales, client success, and thought leadership initiatives.
You’ll play a critical role in translating complex, technical topics into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both executive and technical audiences. This is a high impact individual contributor role for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands that great content serves a business purpose, and is excited to build a content engine that drives real go to market outcomes.
This role is hybrid, meaning team members are expected to work one to two days per week in person at one of the office locations in either NY/DC.

What You’ll Do
- Content Strategy and Ownership: Own the content strategy and editorial calendar across web, blog, email, and social channels to support sales enablement and buyer engagement throughout the funnel.
- Content Creation: Create, edit, and manage high quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, client facing materials, research, and other marketing collateral.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to ensure content aligns with business priorities and go to market objectives.
- Messaging and Brand Voice: Own the brand voice and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning across all content.
- Technical Translation: Translate data driven, technical, and industry specific concepts into accessible and engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Workflow and Execution: Manage content workflows, deadlines, reviews, and approvals to ensure consistent, high quality output.
- Performance and Optimization: Optimize content for SEO and AEO, audience engagement, and performance metrics. Analyze results and provide insights to improve reach and impact.
- Content Operations: Maintain and update website content and content libraries as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Who You Are
- 5 to 7 years of experience in content management, content marketing, or a related role.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for clarity and structure.
- Experience managing content across multiple channels and audiences.
- Comfortable working cross functionally with internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Thrives in a fast paced, growth oriented environment.
- Experience in ad tech, data, political, healthcare, or enterprise technology and SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with SEO and AEO best practices and analytics tools.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
- Background supporting B2B marketing or sales enablement content.

Compensation
The starting annual base salary for this full‑time role is listed below and reflects base salary only. In addition to base pay, IQM offers a highly competitive total compensation package designed to reward impact and growth, which may include performance based incentives, commission, and equity participation.
The listed starting base salary represents what IQM reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting and applies only to candidates hired to perform work in one of the listed locations. Compensation for part time roles will be prorated based on the agreed upon number of hours worked.
Starting Base: $95,000+
