Customer Success Manager (Enterprise)

Overview

IQM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team, focused on Enterprise clients. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers using IQM’s DSP platform, ensuring they achieve strong performance, long-term value, and successful adoption across their organizations.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, trainer, and strategic partner to enterprise advertisers and agencies leveraging programmatic media. This role requires a strong foundation in AdTech and programmatic advertising, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, managing relationships across self-serve and managed-service accounts to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Lead client onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement, ensuring enterprise users effectively leverage IQM’s DSP platform and new features.
  • Partner with clients on campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor by translating client business goals into platform strategies, including recommendations across inventory types and targeting approaches.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks and growth opportunities, and support renewals and platform expansion within enterprise accounts.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations
  • Strong background in AdTech, programmatic advertising, and DSP platforms
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level clients in a SaaS or AdTech environment
  • Experience managing both self-serve and managed-service accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to train and support clients on complex platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into insights and recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
