Job Opportunity

IQM is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team focused on the Enterprise vertical. In this role, you’ll own a personal book of business and drive both net new and expansion revenue by partnering with media technology companies ranging from API driven platforms to self-serve customers.

You’ll lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through negotiation and close, while working closely with Ad Operations and Customer Success to ensure seamless activation on IQM’s DSP and DMP. As a trusted, consultative seller, you’ll help publishers, platforms, service providers, and resellers explore new ways to build and commercialize joint solutions powered by IQM’s technology.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and partnership building and is excited to create meaningful value through collaboration.

This role is hybrid, meaning team members are expected to work one to two days per week in person at one of the office locations in either NY/DC.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Source, pitch, commercialize, and close relationships with resellers, referral partners, systems integrators, and technology partners that sell or build with IQM.
  • Enterprise Relationship Ownership: Act as IQM’s primary external point of contact across your target accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with C suite media executives and senior decision makers.
  • Full Cycle Sales Execution: Own and run the rhythm of business across your accounts, including prospecting, demos, account planning, forecasting, and deal execution.
  • Solution Development: Embed with customers pre sale to support the development of joint “powered by IQM” solutions and go to market strategies through strong discovery and strategic selling.
  • Market Evangelism: Serve as an external evangelist and thought leader, representing IQM’s platform, vision, and value within the media and ad tech ecosystem.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in media technology sales, preferably within ad tech.
  • Proven success generating revenue through enterprise partnerships in the programmatic advertising space.
  • Experience managing complex, long cycle sales processes and delivering custom solutions without losing momentum.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a consultative approach to problem solving.
  • Technical understanding of integrations, server to server workflows, APIs, identity, and supply.

Compensation

The starting annual base salary for this full‑time role is listed below and reflects base salary only. In addition to base pay, IQM offers a highly competitive total compensation package designed to reward impact and growth, which may include performance based incentives, commission, and equity participation.

The listed starting base salary represents what IQM reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting and applies only to candidates hired to perform work in one of the listed locations. Compensation for part time roles will be prorated based on the agreed upon number of hours worked.
