IQM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team, focused on full-cycle recruiting across political, healthcare, and enterprise sales, as well as Client Success, Product, Marketing, and Technology teams. The ideal candidate brings Ad Tech recruiting experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across sales and cross-functional roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities
- Proactively source, assess, and close top talent
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage multiple open roles while meeting hiring timelines
- Provide hiring insights and updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting enterprise-level sales talent
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
