Vice President of Product Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Product Marketing to join our Product team at IQM. This leader will be instrumental in shaping how our innovative solutions are positioned, marketed, and adopted in the marketplace. The VP of Product Marketing will develop compelling product narratives, drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and ensure our platform’s value resonates with customers across regulated industries.

This role calls for a dynamic mix of big-picture strategy, hands-on execution, and close collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Together, you’ll help fuel IQM’s growth and push us further ahead as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership

    • Define and own the overall product marketing vision, strategy, and execution.

    • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Executive teams to align marketing strategy with company goals.

    • Lead competitive intelligence, market research, and positioning.

    • Shape IQM’s category narrative across regulated industries and manage analyst relations to strengthen market perception.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Excellence

    • Drive GTM strategy for product launches, including positioning, messaging, and campaign execution.

    • Partner with sales to create tools, collateral, and training that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

    • Develop segmentation and personal strategies to optimize messaging and campaigns.

    • Establish repeatable launch frameworks, value-based pricing/packaging strategies, and ROI/TCO tools tied to revenue goals.

    • Develop narratives around seamless integrations (CRM, creative systems, media planning tools, clean rooms) and workflow efficiency.

  • Team Development

    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team.

    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results-driven execution.

    • Launch IQM Academy to enable internal teams, partners, and customers.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Product Management to influence the roadmap based on market insights.

    • Work with Customer Success to create advocacy, case studies, and references.

    • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Brand Marketing to drive awareness and adoption.

    • Partner with Legal/Compliance to ensure messaging aligns with HIPAA, and political advertising regulations.

    • Work with Partnerships to position IQM within the broader ecosystem of identity, data providers, and clean-room solutions.

  • Performance & Measurement

    • Define and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of product marketing programs.

    • Regularly report performance metrics to executive leadership.

    • KPIs to include: ARR influenced, win-rate lift vs. competitors, attach rates for integrations, healthcare/political outcome metrics, adoption of IQM Academy, and sales enablement utilization.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in product marketing.

  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and GTM strategies.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS, AdTech, or technology-driven industries (preferred).

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

  • Experience influencing product roadmaps and aligning cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and growing teams.

  • Experience marketing to regulated buyers in healthcare (HCP, DTC) and political sectors; familiarity with HIPAA, and political ad regulations.

  • Proven ability to bring workflow, automation, or data-driven products to market in a way that resonates with highly regulated buyers.

  • Experience with clean-room technologies, data privacy frameworks, and ecosystem partnerships.
