Healthcare Account Executive

Overview

IQM is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive to help expand our presence across the country. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with experience in programmatic and digital media, who knows how to build trusted relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and close complex deals in regulated advertising environments.

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle while partnering closely with internal strategy, product, and execution teams to deliver impactful programmatic solutions for healthcare and regulated advertisers. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and experience working with healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or other regulated categories.

This position requires someone who can balance business development with strategic account growth, helping position IQM as a trusted partner to agencies, brands, and healthcare marketers.

This role is hybrid, meaning team members are expected to work one to two days per week in person at one of the office locations in either NY/DC.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities
  • Build and grow relationships with healthcare brands, agencies, and strategic partners to drive revenue and long-term partnerships
  • Sell IQM’s programmatic media solutions across display, video, CTV, data, and advanced audience targeting
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise healthcare clients, maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Travel regularly to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development initiatives
  • Partner with internal strategy, product, and AdOps teams to develop customized programmatic solutions and ensure successful campaign execution
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to help inform product development and go-to-market strategy
  • Stay current on industry trends with a focus on healthcare marketing, privacy regulations, and programmatic innovation

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in programmatic, digital media, or AdTech sales
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, data providers, CTV, and audience targeting
  • Experience working with healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline while closing new business
  • Proven success building relationships with agencies, brands, or enterprise clients
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into client value
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly within a focused region
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a high-growth, performance-driven environment

Compensation:

The starting annual base salary for this full time role is listed below by location and reflects base salary only. In addition to base pay, IQM offers a highly competitive total compensation package designed to reward impact and growth, which may include performance based incentives, commission, and equity participation.

The listed starting base salary represents what IQM reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting and applies only to candidates hired to perform work in one of the listed locations. Compensation for part time roles will be prorated based on the agreed upon number of hours worked.

Starting Base: $150,000+
