    • Responsible for building and maintaining culture in the company.
    • Arrange events with clients, venders and partners.
    • Arrange motivational events for team and connect all team member.
    • Responsible for content writing that will be published on IQM website.
    • Responsible for image, video content development for internal team communication.
    • Responsible for social media pages and update post with latest events.
    • Coordinate with SVP of sales and marketing personal to arrange exhibition booth.
    • Responsible for doing innovating outbound marketing.
  • Skills Required

    • Ability to communicate with everyone at personal level.
    • Hold 4+ year marketing or social studies degree.
    • Design skill is plus.
    • Must have worked at startup previously as similar role.
